About the Course
In this small group session, Kindergarten aged students will continue to build their literacy skills through kinesthetic activities and guided reading & writing. Students will master letter sounds, engage in word work activities (to teach phonics & phonemic awareness), dive into guided writing (to teach basics of print and word/sentence formation), learn sight words, and practice reading strategies that will help them become successful readers.

One-year private tutoring K-2 students in reading & writing
Six years teaching 1st grade which instilled a passion and talent for teaching early literacy
